On this day, September 11, 2001 America was attacked.
America, though devastated, showed her true colors.
America had FDNY , NYPD, EMT's, doctors, nurses, and other regular people do all they could for the broken, the bleeding, the crushed and the deceased, to treat them with respect, care and dignity.
American's came from all over the United States to help dig, comfort, repair, and search.
Money poured in from those who could and those who couldn't to help those who had lost someone or someplace to be.
As terrible as that day was,
AmeriCAN'S showed the world that we are still
"One Nation, Under God Indivisible..."
God held us together.
God will keep us together.
I pray we all find some way to honor those who died, those who helped and those who carried on after such a horrific day.
May God bless them and you today~
